Combine a curtain valance with a café curtain
A curtain valance can be used on its own or combined with other curtains. Together with a café curtain, you get textiles in both the upper and lower parts of the window, while part of the glass is left clear for daylight. This works particularly well when you want to create a cosier feel while also getting a little privacy.
