General

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through our website by private individuals in Sweden, other EU countries, Norway and the United Kingdom.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to your order is the version published on our website at the time of purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as Klarna.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments and to correct errors relating to pricing, stock availability, inventory levels and typographical errors.

Orders

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

A binding purchase agreement is formed once your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of, for example, technical errors, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or entered production. Once production of a made-to-measure or custom-made product has begun, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Made-to-Measure Products

Made-to-measure and custom-made products are manufactured according to the options and measurements provided when the order is placed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all measurements and selections are correct before placing your order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or custom-made products.

Measurement Tolerances and Colour Variations

Fabric is a flexible material that can be affected by factors such as temperature and humidity.

For made-to-measure curtains, a measurement tolerance of up to -1.5 cm from the specified measurement is accepted.

When assessing a complaint relating to measurements, the curtain will be measured while hanging in its installed position. Measurements are taken on both sides and in the centre of the curtain. The difference between these measurement points may be up to -0.5 cm.

Minor colour variations may occur between different production batches. If some time has passed since you ordered a fabric sample, we recommend ordering a new sample before purchasing made-to-measure products.

We do not recommend combining made-to-measure curtains with standard-size curtains, as colour variations may occur even when the fabric and colour have the same name.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as government action, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, transport disruptions or similar events.

Misuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of our services or other unauthorised use of the website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
