Product description

Roman blind/roll-up blind, two in one, dark brown

Roman blind and roll-up blind in one! Comes as a Roman blind in the package, but is easy to convert to a roll-up blind; instructions are included.

Easy to mount on the wall, ceiling, or in a recess with the included brackets. Available in several widths. Height 160 cm.

The cord has wooden end knobs. A cleat is also included to wrap the cord around for increased child safety.

Child Safety

Roller blinds, Roman blinds, and other sun protection products adjusted with a chain or cord can pose a strangulation risk if they are within reach of small children. At Hasta, we naturally want to help you avoid this risk and have developed safety devices for all our sun protection products that keep the chain/cord out of reach of your children. To avoid risk, be sure to mount this safety device at a sufficient height and read the recommendations in the included instructions carefully.

How to measure

Recess mounting

For recess mounting, measure the recess in at least 3 places (top, middle, and bottom). Then, deduct 5 millimeters from the smallest measurement. The reason for this is partly to ensure the Roman blind fits into the recess, and partly to prevent the fabric from touching the walls and wearing out.

Wall mounting

If you are mounting on the wall outside the window, you can either choose to measure so that the Roman blind lines up with the window frames or let the Roman blind extend a little way onto the wall.

Installation height & child safety

Installation height
Installation height is the distance from the floor up to the point where the blind is mounted. On made-to-measure blinds with a cord or beaded chain, the installation height is used to adjust the length of the operation so that it ends up at a child-safe distance (150 cm above the floor).

Child safety
Roller blinds, Roman blinds and other blinds that are adjusted with a chain or cord can pose a risk if they are within reach of small children. For your peace of mind, the roller blind is supplied with a safety device for the beaded chain. It helps to keep the chain out of reach of small children. We recommend that you always install the safety device according to the enclosed instructions for a safe home environment.
